一對新婚的小丑魚夫婦，他們寶貝的兒子尼莫(Nemo)不幸被抓觀賞用魚的人捉去成為一間牙科診所魚缸中的成員。Nemo開始一面學著跟魚缸中的夥伴相處，一面也想著怎麼回到大海裡的家。Nemo的父親也開始了萬里尋子的路程，沿路上還遇見了熱心助人，卻只有短暫記憶的Dory，展開了一段好笑的旅程。究竟這對父子能不能團圓呢？

Pixar與Disney再次攜手合作的新片─海底總動員，在美國上映以後就不斷刷新之前由怪獸電力公司保持的紀錄。由蟲蟲危機的導演Andrew Stanton執導，承續先前Pixar幾部動畫電影，更由Robbie Wiliams演唱主題曲，想來海底總動員的音樂方面也會很有看頭吧？
